I am doing a graphic design project where I need to recreate a nutrition facts label. Anyone know the font type used in the standard nutrition facts label? I don’t care about font size. I will figure that out myself. I just want to know the font type. Thanks!

What for what country?

In Canada the template you get from the government is done in Quark and in Helvetica (Regular & Bold) or Helvetica Condensed (Regular & Bold) depending on the size it falls under. It doesn’t necessarily have to be in that face, the rules in constructions state:

"The characters in the Nutrition Facts table
•Shall be displayed in a single standard sans serif font that is not decorative and in such a manner that the characters never touch each other or the rules (B.01.450(3)(a));"

In case your in the US I just found a thing on the FDA’s rules..

Tile "Nutrition Facts" can be in Franklin Gothic Heavy or Helvetica Black, then everything else is in Helvetica and Helvetica Black.

Once you get through all the loquacious government BS you can find all the rules and regulations. Everything is very specific from type sizes, rule sizes, and leading.

I see some people drinking diet drinks but it really isn’t working so well for them. I heard that most fats are oily. Is that true?

We get fat by eating too much of anything, regardless of whether it’s fat, carbs, sugar, or whatever. Our bodies convert everything we eat first into glucose which we use for energy, and then the excess is converted into fat. That’s why diets that say you can only eat 1 type of food never work, because people still eat too much of it.

I dont know how to combine all of the nutrition into one table can someone help me?

Basically, you just add the percentages of daily value and the number of grams for each nutrient (fat, protein, etc.) together to get your total nutrition. Then, go to Excel and make one that looks kinda that example…?

I figure that oils (olive, vegetable, safflower, etc) have a longer shelf life, but i am curious about bacon drippings, turkey fat from roasting turkey wings, and other flavorful animal fats. Do they stay fresh longer than butter because of the absence of milk fats?

I’ve stored bacon grease in the freezer indefinitely. Not sure about the fridge. I would imagine it would not last much longer than meat would last in the fridge… so about a week. Maybe 2, since the fat is cooked.

Andre was most likely fatter than The Big Show is. Yes, King Booker’s character is funny, you can’t help but laugh at his crappy British accent. I hope that answers your question.
